Our outside capacity for holding live bait is the largest live-bait operation in Islamorada carrying quantities up to 10,000 live shrimp, 4,000 live crabs and 2,000 live pinfish. The water is taken from a deep channel, right at our front dock, which keeps our bait healthier and friskier than many of the other stores. And, here is where almost all of Islamorada's professional backcountry fishing guides, even from other marinas, acquire their bait on a daily basis. And remember, if you haven't been to Papa Joe's, you haven't been to the Keys.
